Cute cosplay! And I know a certain reader who adores this series as much as I do. Thanks to Yayoi-san for sharing this with us!
Acting as a personal bodyguard for Zima, the Japanese Government's National Data Bank, Dita mercilessly hacks into any persocom that is a threat to Zima. We first saw her ability when Yuzuki, Minoru's most powerful persocom, hacked Zima to find out more about the "Chobits". Dita forced Yuzuki out and shut her down almost instantly.
Though she cares deeply for Zima, she does not think persocoms cannot experience such feelings, and denies being in love with him. Zima also comments she temperamental, which she similarly also disregards.
Dita is one of my most favorite characters in Chobits. Kiyoshi does a great job cosplaying her, and I hope I can find more of her cosplays soon.
Chi used to be Hibiya Chitose's second "daughter" named Elda. She was created by Mihara Ichiro with the most advanced technology because Chitose was incapable of having children with him. Freya, the first daughter, was suppose to be an only child, but Chitose noticed Freya would get lonely at times and asked her husband to create Elda to relieve her loneliness.
Isn't she beautiful? I wonder why this photo is a little blue? Tomie Sakura still makes a very pretty Chi though. Good job!
Who would have thought I’d be blogging about cosplays for about a year and a half now?
I should let you guys know that I’ll be taking a break from blogging until the first week of January to visit some family and friends during the holidays. I’ll be sure to come back quickly, don’t worry~
